Table Dressing - Sunday Breakfast

It's been a while since I started collecting brown and green color dishes, bowls, cups etc. The 2 colors always look great with food so I stick with it although I do have other colors to spice up the table. I like mixing up different patterns of similar shades.
Here are some examples of what I have so far....showing with typical breakfast on lazy days.

Green marble pattern plate at top left is from a French ceramist. I found her on internet when I was researching marble pattern ceramic. This is really a favorite piece.

Solid brown plate at bottom center is from Califonian potter, Edith Heath. She was around 90 years old when I bought this plate over 10 years ago. I fell in love with brown plate the first time when I went to a restaurant called "Once Upon A Time" near Surawong/ Silom road. It's now gone, but memory remains!

Brown speckle coffee cup and saucer is a vintage from 1960's. The pattern is created by using sponge, dipped in colored glaze and stamped all over to create pattern.

Oval dish in the middle of photo is actually the same as marble plate but it is on doll size. Very adorable mini little thing. I fond doll size ceramics can be used at table as accent nicely.
